Today a Sales person said to me – “I am finding customers in territory somewhat difficult at times based on their perception rather than reality”

My reply

“Its funny, the longer I am in sales the more I realise its about reprogramming prospects minds rather than convincing them, it’s a subtle difference and requires a subtly different approach…”
